This Privacy Policy describes how Musa EHR ("Musa", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit musa-ehr.com or interact with us through this site.

What we collect

On this marketing site we collect only the minimum information needed to respond to inquiries: your email address and any details you choose to include in messages you send us. We do not use third-party trackers or analytics on this site.

Use of information

Information you send us is used solely to respond to your request and to keep a record of correspondence with prospective and current customers. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

The Musa platform

Use of the Musa EHR platform is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement and Master Services Agreement that address Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Those agreements take precedence over this Privacy Policy where the platform is concerned.
